Variety of grapes: Minstrel 100%.

Visual phase
        Intense red cherry tree colour with lilaceous touches.

Olfactory phase
        Light vanillin touch with ripe red and black fruits (blackberry, cranberries, black currant, peel plum) with balsamic essence.

Tasty phase
        In the mouth it is fleshy, balanced and round, with ripe red and black fruits predominance, the wood and the fruit are appreciated when well melt and the tannins well integrated.
