Variety of grapes: Minstrel 100%. Vineyard from 10 to 15 years. 80% carbonic maceration, 20% traditional fermentation.
Visual phase Intense red cherry tree colour, with pronounced purple and lilaceous touches.
Olfactory phase Intense flowers aromas ( red and violet roses) and black ripe fruits (Brambleberries, cranberries, plum, black currant, blackberry), primary varied, with ripe tannins.
