Grape growing and cellarer tradition in the area.


 Our cellar is placed in the spot "El Alfaquí", in the village of San Rodriguillo in Pinoso, provincial of Alicante.
Our vineyards occupy the extension of 146 hectares. Red minstrel 90% and White Merseguera and Muscatel 10%.
The cellar has experimental parcels in which the behaviour and adaptation of other foreign varieties are studied, such as: Syrah, merlot, petit Verdot, Alicante Bouchet, Macabeo, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon….
Given our old winegrowing tradition, we cultivate vineyards that follow classical techniques of culture and that are respectful to the environment, using natural organic fertilizers only.
 The cellar depends on the last technology in elaboration, conservation, bottling, and aging of wines.
We have a capacity of 1,180,000 litres on deposit of acclimatization stainless steel and automatically directed, with an aging room of 450 American and French oak barrels, with a control of temperature and humidity.
Our bottling wine gets ready for isothermal deposit of stabilisation and a system of microbiologic filtration, which has a capacity of production of 1,500 bottles per hours.
 The cellar also has two equipments of refrigeration and heating that amount 225,000 B.T.U.

Cellar Sanbert was born in 1999. It is the fruit of an old grape growing and cellarer tradition of Sanchis-Albert family.

The quality of our wine is in the selection of our grapes that is destinated to all kind of wine bringing him character.
